Simply stunning, this marble bowl on pedestal was obviously a fountain and could be a fountain again with bubbling centre or with a statue fountain spout added.  Equally this is deep enough for a planted raised bowl with perhaps alpines or soft herbs or bulbs or annuals.  Equally this could be a deep and very large bird bath just with water and perhaps pebbles in places. Or add a bowl of water to the centre and plant around it.   It is so beautiful it will make a wonderful centrepiece however it is used or whether it is just left on its own.
